9/9/09 - For those of you who follow this kind of thing, I just stumbled across Rose Hall Resort LP v. Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company of Jamaica, Ltd., filed last week in USDC ND Ga (Docket 09-cv-2415). Operating Agreement disclosed as an appendix to the Complaint.

I know this is not the first of this kind of litigation filed in the current economic environment, but I would welcome some off-agenda discussion in Austin by those of you who know far more about this than I do, as to how likely we are to see more of these suits in the coming months.

11/9/05 - AHIA received this update from McGlinchey Stafford regarding the preparations being taken by the Unite Here International Union for possible contract fights in 2006.
